Bespoke IoT systems

Machines, sensors and equipment talking to your applications.

Data collection from sensors, terminals and equipment, connected to the same applications and dashboards the company already uses.

Bespoke IoT systems

Temperatures, consumption, meters, scales, payment terminals, doors and production machines: almost anything can send data. We design the collection, the network and the storage, securely and without depending on closed platforms.

The data arrives where it is useful: on a dashboard, in an email alert or in a bespoke application, so you can act in time instead of finding the problem at the end of the month.

What it includes

  • Choosing and installing sensors and gateways
  • Data collection and storage
  • Real-time dashboards and alerts
  • Integration with your ERP and existing applications

Where it fits in the method

IoT is one more data source for Tailored Dev: connected to the same systems, under the same security rules.

SGIT

Where it lives in SGIT

SGIT is the integrated management system every client has in the client area. This is where this service is recorded:

Asset management

Asset management

An inventory of servers, workstations, network and peripherals, with location, warranties, links between devices and a QR label to open the record on your phone.

Projects and tasks

Projects and tasks

Status, deadlines, hours and progress for every project, with its tasks and Gantt chart.

Bug tracking

Bug tracking

Errors in your applications recorded, prioritised and followed through until they are signed off by whoever reported them.

AI-assisted survey

The inventory starts with a photo.

When we survey your equipment, nobody copies serial numbers by hand. We photograph the manufacturer plate, the box or the invoice, and artificial intelligence reads what is written there.

  1. Rating plate of a fictitious monitor

    Photograph the plate

With a phone, on site: the plate on the back of the device, the box or the purchase invoice.

  2. New asset record filled in from the photo

The AI reads and fills in

Device type, make, model, serial number and MAC go into the new record. Anything that cannot be read is left blank rather than made up.

  3. Fields read from the photo, highlighted for confirmation

    Confirm before saving

The fields that were read are highlighted in blue. Whoever is doing the survey confirms or corrects them, and only then is the record saved, with the photo kept.

  4. QR label for the new asset

    QR label

Each device gets its number and a label with a QR code, ready to print. Pointing a phone at it opens the record, with its history, warranties and connections.

On workstations and servers, a small inventory program completes the record with what the machine knows about itself: processor, memory, disks and network cards.
