We connected 361 Retail's support request system and ERP in a portal under its own brand, where each chain sees its requests, the visit schedule and the work done in each shop, without changing any of the systems already in production.
KNOW/AO Jurídico: every legal request with an owner, a deadline and a history.
For the legal department of a group of seven companies, we built a platform where every request comes in through a single place and has a responsible lawyer, a deadline measured in working hours and a complete history, from opening to approval of the final version.
