The content of this site is for information only and does not constitute a contractual offer. The terms of each service are those set out in the proposal and contract entered into with each client.
Text, images, logos and other elements of the site belong to MCIT or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
3. Client area
Access to the client area is reserved for MCIT clients and the people they designate. Credentials are personal and non-transferable, and the user is responsible for keeping them secret and for notifying MCIT of any misuse.
MCIT may suspend access where there is evidence of abusive use or a risk to the security of the systems.
4. Liability
MCIT endeavours to keep the site available and the information accurate, but does not guarantee that it is free from interruptions or errors. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and MCIT is not responsible for their content.
5. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
6. Dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body. The full list is available on the Portal do Consumidor (Portuguese consumer portal), at www.consumidor.gov.pt. You may also turn to CNIACC (Portuguese National Centre for Consumer Dispute Information and Arbitration), at www.cniacc.pt.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of the district where MCIT has its registered office, without prejudice to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
